The Annual General Meeting of the Renforth Boat Club will take place at the clubhouse on February 21st 2012 at 7:30 pm. Agenda items will include but not be limited to the following:
Election of officers
Reception of Financial report 2011
Adoption of new bylaws (see earlier post and notice on club bulletin board)
Approval of 5 year plan (Capitol Expenditures) see posting on web site and in club.
Approval of 2012 Budget
You can find these documents under “Constitution” on the website or posted in writing on the Club Bulletin board. It will be assumed that you have read these documents prior to the meeting.
