As some of you understand if you have a VHF marine radio installed in your boat and you turn it on you are deemed to be operating it. If you are operating you do need an operators certificate. The Canadian Power and Sail Squadron of Kennebecasis will be offering this course Tuesday, March 28, 2017 – 7:00pm to 9:00, Thursday 7:00-9:00 pm and Saturday, April 1, 2017 9:00am- 1200.
