June Bug Run (Commodore’s Bash)

Here are the details!

We will leave the dock anytime in the afternoon of Friday June 26th and head North around Long Island and down the other side. The first vessels will determine the most sheltered and suitable site for the Lobster Boil. A site for a horse shoe or Washer toss will be prepared.

We will aim for a 7:00 meal time on the beach.

We ask everyone to prepare a Salad or a desert that can be shared.

We also would like to know if you would prefer Lobster or a Steak instead. I will need to know the numbers for each Boat. Please send me an email no later than next Tuesday that has the boat name and the number of lobsters and steaks required. Each member will be assessed $10 for each main course item. (2 Lb Lobster, or Steak)

Your Order Should look like this:

Vessel: Tevah
Master: Eric Phinney
Number of Lobster: 4
Number of Steak: 0
I will bring enough Salad/potatoes/vegs or desert to share with others.
Other Comments: I have only played horseshoes once and lost badly

Please be aware of members who do not have boats and make an effort to get as many folks there as possible.

If you are a member without a boat but are coming, please submit an order on your own.

Rain Date will be the day following…. if it is still raining we will do this at the clubhouse.

Please note the announcement about the clean up the day before.
