Topic:  Executive Meeting


Present: Rheal Guimond, George Walker, Andrew MacIntyre, Derek Ingleton, Gary Jones, Paul Berube, Glenn Moore.


Call the meeting to order 7:36 pm


Reading of the minutes for October, motion to Paul Berube accept minutes by 2nd George Walker.


Current minutes:




Analysis of financial statements as per usual outlining inflow and outflow of cash for expenses.  Rheal would like to see budgets reported for following years and be followed.

Motion to accept treasurer report by Derek Ingleton2nd by Paul Berube.




Ken Durning not present again but still doing a good job making sure supplies are ample and duty roster being followed.




All good everything in order for the last season with the yard moving forward as far as maintenance for the future.




Everything is out!!  Looking forward for the spring!!




Return of keys not sure who they are but a few ideas of who they are.  Not sure about some other members not coming around because of politics around the club.  Should there be more general meetings.  How are the executives elected to the position which is appointed by two people and should be changed?




Social calendar set up into next year and volunteers canvassed as well.


Grounds and Environment:

Call Scott Hatcher regarding condition of the grading of the parking lot and the drain seems to be working alright.









Safety Report:


Be safe!!!  Coordination of moving things around could of have had a potential safety risk.  Should there be an assessment of the winches to see if they are indeed safe to haul out.  Preventative maintenance on the winches as far as grease etc.

$30 for the Christmas dinner plate motion by Paul Berube and 2nd by Derek Ingleton
