The Renforth Boat Club is in the process of creating an Operations Manual for the purpose of a guide to the Executive.
The first section of this manual is about collecting money from it’s members who are in arrears for an extended period of time.
This section will require some changes in the club By-laws.
These changes were approved by the Executive at the Feb 15 meeting however they must also be approved by the membership before they can be enacted.
The proposed changes will be brought before the General Meeting April 19th. This is your notice of meeting.
Copies of this section of the Operations Manual and the proposed By-laws changes are posted on the clubhouse bulletin board.
